Bone Age Assessment

Upload a hand X-ray to estimate skeletal maturity

  • Use original file (PNG/JPEG from PACS), not a screenshot
  • Include full hand — wrist to fingertips, nothing cut off
  • Standard PA view (palm down, fingers pointing up)
  • Crop out DICOM text, labels, and rulers if possible
  • PNG preferred over JPEG (lossless)
  • Avoid inverted images (bones should appear white)
